I originally purchased my home in 2019. We had a good home inspection before the purchase, but because we have addressed some issues, and others have likely gotten worse over the last few years, I wanted to thoroughly review my home and reaccess my maintenance priorities. I hired Another Level for a maintenance inspection to address these concerns. When I learned that they perform mold and radon testing, because there were previous water issues at my home, and radon is a very common problem in our area, I also hired them to perform these tests. I am thoroughly pleased with their work. Another level is punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. They comprehensively reviewed my home and identified many issues that I was unaware of. I am so glad that I hired Another Level to do this inspection as I have reordered my home maintenance priorities based upon their report. The radon and mold testing were also very professional. They used high tech equipment and followed up shortly after with lab reports detailing the findings. I am very glad that I had these tests performed as we did identify issues which, now that I'm aware of, I can address. I'm happy that I hired Another Level! During the inspection of my home, he thoroughly explained his observations and listened to my concerns. I am grateful that he noticed a leak in the water main coming into the basement. I would never have seen it until it was too late! Thankfully I’ll be able to repair it without discovering it the hard way- through a major flood. It never occurred to me to have an inspection of my home as it was just renovated within the last 15 years, but I am so glad I did!! In addition to the water main, there are a number of other issues that Jameson brought to my attention of which I was completely unaware. I wanted to buy a 1905 house along the coastline of the North Shore. I was nervous about general safety and the unknown costs associated with fixing, upgrading and maintaining a 100 year old plus house. I chose Jameson as an inspector based upon several personal recommendations and his great reviews. Jameson did not disappoint. He educated me on all the expected and unexpected findings (that would entail hiring contractors to repair/upgrade) and found a major safety issue of vermiculite containing asbestos in several crawl spaces. This environmental hazard along with other general items were MISSED by another inspector when the house last sold. Jameson even knew about government programs to help pay for the vermiculite remediation. This gets us to his actual report. It is methodically laid out in easy to understand color coded levels of concern with plenty of supporting pictures and simple verbiage. I sent this report to three different contractors and they were all blown away by the THOROUGHNESS & BREADTH OF SERVICES - they all were like, "Who is this guy?" The short answer is this, Jameson is a man with an obvious passion for his work that is only rivaled by the pride he gives in the effort.

My husband and I had Jameson do our home inspection when we bought our house. We were blown away by his knowledge of EVERYTHING.
