My wife and I were onsite with him during an inspection for a home we had put a bid on and ultimately had to step away from due to numerous concerns Jameson had uncovered. We had offered well above asking price for a flip, so while the home appeared modern and in good shape, the true condition of the home was poor and would have ultimately cost us tens of thousands (at least) more in repair.
